Poconos
Gray Towers in Milford, PA — the home of Gifford Pinchot, the first chief of the US Forest Service, tripled the nation’s forest reserves. We've stolled on the wonderful grounds many times, but haven't made it inside yet (it's now closed due to covid).
Boat House at Lords Valley Country Club.

Bluestone Pond, Hemlock Farms
Another view of Bluestone Pond in Hemlock Farms, PA, this one with the lone pine growing out of the rocks.
Little Camp Beach at Hemlock Farms (view looking away from the water).
A building with lush pines at Lords Valley Country Club. I'd rather paint than swim.

Bushkill Falls, the “Niagara Falls of Pennsylvania.”
In the Poconos, I attempted my first acrylic — of the house were renting, leaves starting to turn color. The painting is only a two inches high.
