When my sister Rachel spent a semester in Sydney, my brother Elliot and I, joined her at the end of her stay for a 2-week visit to Australia and New Zealand’s Southern Island where we rented a camper van to drive around the island. The trip involved, hiking the Remarkables mountain range (made famous for being featured in the Lord of Rings films), a performance at the Sydney Opera House, climbing the Syndey Harbor Bridge, skydiving in Queenstown, New Zealand, and climbing a glacier, and scuba diving at the Great Barrier Reef, in addition to other adventures.
